Terms of Service

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any inquiry or checkout form. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means, or misuse any content.

2. Inquiries Are Not Bookings

Submitting the contact form is a request for availability and rates. It does not reserve the property. A stay is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and a signed rental agreement and deposit are in place.

3. Minimum Stay and House Rules

• Stays are monthly or seasonal, with a minimum of 28 days.
• The condo sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.
• The property is strictly non-smoking and pet-free.
• Guests must comply with all community rules for the shared amenities.
• Parties and events are not permitted.

4. Add-On Packages and Payment

Celebration and decor packages are optional add-ons purchased through our secure payment processor. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Packages must be purchased in advance so we have time to prepare the condo; specific items may be substituted with comparable items based on availability.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Rental cancellation terms are set out in your individual rental agreement. Package purchases are refundable if cancelled at least seven days before your arrival date; after that point, materials have typically been ordered and the purchase is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver a purchased package, you will receive a full refund.

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, for the conduct of anyone they invite to the property, and for securing the unit during their stay. Use of the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and courts is at your own risk.

7. Real Estate Disclaimer

Any real estate information referenced on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not an offer, solicitation, or professional advice. It is not intended to solicit property already listed with another brokerage.

8. Content and Photos

All photos, text, and branding on this site are owned by Royal Palm Retreat and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Photos are representative; furnishings and decor may change over time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Palm Retreat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the property. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with a new Effective Date, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

11. Dealings Between Users and Third Parties

Any interaction, communication, or business conducted between users, guests, vendors, or other third parties is solely between those parties and is no reflection on the Network. The Network does not endorse, vet, guarantee, or accept responsibility for any such interaction, product, or service. Each user must exercise their own free will and due diligence before going into business with, or purchasing anything from, anyone.

12. Contact and Marketing Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree that Stephanie may use it to contact you about both the network you subscribed to and real estate related content, in order to promote her own business. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or of emails using the unsubscribe link, at any time.
